Jeffrey Kelly of CBRE’s Boca Raton office has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Jeff, who is celebrating his 30th year with CBRE, is a perennial Top Producer who specializes in the sale and leasing of major office and industrial assets throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Robert Smith of CBRE’s Boca Raton office has been promoted to Executive Vice President. A 20-year veteran of CBRE, Robert specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial, office and vacant land properties in Palm Beach County and is consistently involved with over 100 transactions annually.
Kirk Nelson, who joined CBRE in 2005, has been promoted to Vice President. Kirk serves clients in arranging sales and leasing of office, industrial and land properties for investors, tenants and lenders in the Palm Beach, Broward and Treasure Coast counties of South Florida.
