CBRE has announced that First Vice President Nikolas Kozy is joining the Private Capital Group (PCG) South Florida Retail Investment team.
Kozy was formerly a member of the CBRE National Retail Investment Group for Florida between 2007 and 2012. He brings extensive real estate market and transactional experience and has worked on the sale of more than 130 retail shopping centers totaling more than $3.2 billion in consideration.
“Demand in the private capital market has rebounded nicely in South Florida as market fundamentals have stabilized and financing has become more prevalent. We are looking forward to growing our platform dedicated to this important market segment,” said Ken Krasnow, CBRE Managing Director for the South Florida offices.
“I am extremely pleased to be joining the South Florida retail investment sales team,” said First Vice President, Nikolas Kozy. “I look forward to the opportunity of continuing to work with top-notch professionals, and I am excited to expand our team’s strong market share and area of coverage.”
CBRE’s PCG South Florida Retail Investment team focuses on the sale of multi-tenant and single tenant retail investment properties across the South Florida region. The team, including David Donnellan, Todd Weintraub, and Charlie Manuel, has been executing retail investment sales in South Florida since 1990. Kozy will be focused on Miami-Dade County and expanding the team’s reach into southwest Florida.
