Easton & Associates Reps Tenant In 125,000-SF Lease Renewal At Flagler Station
Easton & Associates, the brokerage division of The Easton Group, negotiated a 125,000-square-foot lease renewal for Betty Dain Creations at 9701 NW 112th Avenue in Medley.
Easton’s Jake Weiss represented the tenant, and Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, a JV between Link Logistics and AEW.
Betty Dain, which manufactures and distributes professional salon apparel and accessories, occupies approximately 75% of a multi-tenant building in Flagler Station.
“South Florida’s industrial market remains highly competitive, and we’re pleased to have secured favorable, below-market terms on behalf of our client,” Weiss said.
