Miramar Park Of Commerce Inks Nearly 150,000 SF In Healthcare Renewals
Miramar Park of Commerce continues to be a trusted home for the healthcare sector, with nearly 150,000 square feet in lease renewals since June, adding to the more than 225,000 square feet of healthcare-related lease renewals completed so far in 2026.
In August, Memorial Healthcare, one of the largest public healthcare systems in the U.S., renewed 44,832 square feet of administrative office space in MPC 24A at 3051 N Commerce Parkway. Memorial has been a long-term tenant of the Park, leasing more than 200,000 square feet for administration, training, pharmaceutical, IT and pathology.
In June, Aveva Drug Delivery Systems, Inc. renewed more than 100,000 square feet at 3250 Commerce Parkway in the Miramar Park of Commerce through 2036. Aveva specializes in the development and manufacturing of advanced drug delivery technologies, including transdermal patches and oral dissolvable films for both prescription and over-the-counter medications. The company is authorized to manufacture, package and distribute products throughout the United States and Canada and has been a tenant in the Miramar Park of Commerce since 1994.
Earlier this year, several healthcare and life sciences tenants also renewed leases at the park:
- Qualitas Home Medical Services renewed 103,789 square feet at 3700 Commerce Parkway for the warehousing, distribution and storage of durable medical equipment used in home healthcare.
- Kimera Labs renewed 27,239 square feet across two buildings for its biotechnology operations.
- Florida PACE Centers renewed 12,575 square feet in MPC 20A at 2814 Corporate Way.
- TEVA Pharmaceuticals, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers, renewed 49,582 square feet in MPC 23A at 3320–3460 Enterprise Way for general office operations supporting a pharmaceutical testing facility.
