Berger Commercial Realty represented Zev Supplies Corp in its $14.5 million purchase of a 79,629-square-foot industrial property at 3499 NW 53rd St. in Fort Lauderdale.
The sale closed September 25.
Berger Senior Vice President Jordan Beck represented the buyer in the off-market transaction. The seller was CJ Partners South Florida LLC. This is the third property Beck has helped Zev Supplies Corp acquire as the company has grown and sought larger facilities. Beck also credited Alan Levy, Broker/Founder of Levy Realty Advisors, LLC, with sharing the opportunity and collaborating on the transaction.
The vacant building sits on 3.8 acres and features dock-high loading, 22-foot clear height and approximately 19,000 square feet of second-floor office space, with a manufacturing area below. The property served as an AT&T training facility for roughly 30 years.
Zev Supplies Corp plans to occupy the entire ground floor and part of the second-floor office space. The remaining second-floor space will be available for lease.
