C&W Industrial Team Closes 183,000 SF Lease In Miramar

Chris Metzger, Executive Director, Cushman & Wakefield Industrial Brokerage Services along with partners Rick Etner, Executive Director, Sky Groden, Executive Director and Christopher Thomson, Director recently completed a 183,331 square foot lease within the I-75 Distribution Center, located at 3701 SW 145 Avenue in Miramar. Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, IndCor Properties, and CBRE represented the Tenant.
Floor & Décor chose the space for the great access to transportation arteries to distribute to their stores.
“There were 875,406 square feet of industrial space construction at the end of the first quarter in 2013 to address increased demand in the South Florida market,” stated Metzger. “The outlook continues to be favorable for the Broward County industrial market, especially Miramar, one of the country’s fastest growing cities for over eight years.”
