Aon Inks 19,000 SF Brickell Office Lease Deal

CBRE has arranged a new 18,634-square-foot office lease at 701 Brickell Avenue on behalf of Aon (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm.

Aon plans to begin construction on its new space in the second quarter of 2022 and will occupy the 32nd floor of the building in the first quarter of 2023. The space will feature top of the line HVAC in compliance with COVID regulations; digitally enhanced conference rooms; and the ability to double the number of offices.

Scott Goldstein, Keith Edelman and John Nugent with CBRE represented Aon in the lease negotiations. The landlord is TIAA.

The 33-story Class A building features a newly renovated lobby, fitness center, full-service beauty salon, full-service bank and ATM, dry cleaner, florist, café, and 24-hour state-of-the-art security.
