Atlantic Commercial Group Signs Charter School To 22,000 SF
Gary Broidis, Principal of Delray Beach-based Atlantic Commercial Group, Inc., has signed a long-term lease with Eagle Arts Academy to occupy approximately 22,000 square feet at the Wayne Barton Study Center building in East Boca Raton.
“We are very excited to bring a very well-established charter school, focused on the arts, to the South Palm Beach County area, commented Broidis. “Eagle Arts Academy currently has over 700 students at their Wellington campus and will be bringing their incredible staff, curriculum and activities to the south Palm Beach County student population.”
“For years I have dreamed of opening a school for the arts in South County, Palm Beach County, so this is a dream come true and I am truly grateful and thankful,” added Gregory Blount, Executive Director and Founder of Eagle Arts Academy.
