Aventura Land Parcel Sold, Destined For Medical Office Building

John K. Crotty, CCIM, Executive Vice President – Partner with Colliers International South Florida, represented the seller of a property located at 2800 NE 214th Street in Aventura.
The buyer paid $3.7 million  in an all cash transaction for the 70,500-square foot parcel zoned C2. The buyer, Future Properties, LLC, plans to develop a medical office building on the site.
“The parcel’s prime location two blocks north of Aventura Hospital and Medical Center generated a lot of interest. The Aventura submarket is tight and the area’s demographics favor new development. Given the market’s recent improvement, the owner was motivated. We were able to achieve aggressive pricing with the buyer, who is positioned to do well with his planned medical office development,” Crotty said.
