Aventura Office Building Trades

Richard Edwards, CCIM, announced the sale of the Capital Bank Office Building, located at 20295 Northeast 29th Place in Aventura.
The off-market, multi-tenant listing, sold for $5,000.000 to a private trust, which was not disclosed. The property, built in 1991 and renovated in 1997, totals 28,094 square feet.  It last sold for the same price in November 2007, according to FloridaCIE.
Edwards, President and Broker of Edwards Realty Services, an Aventura area based brokerage firm, was the sole broker in the transaction.
