Axis Realty Advisors, Inc. Closes Pompano Beach Industrial Sale

Axis Realty Advisors, Inc. announced the recent completion of an industrial sale by and between North Ridge Square, LLC and Front Gate Investment Properties, LLC (Sellers) to Faropoint (Buyer).

North Ridge Square, a 21,211-square-foot facility located at 1410 SW 29^th Avenue in Pompano Beach, traded for $4,000,000. The 1983-built facility is situated on 1.4 acres.

Adam P. Von Romer, CCIM represented both parties in the transaction.
