Aztec Group Arranges $95 Million In Bridge Financing For Tamarac Village In Tamarac

Aztec Group announced the arrangement of $95 million in bridge financing for Tamarac Village, a multifaceted residential community in Tamarac.

Tamarac Village boasts 401 units across approximately 421,000 rentable square feet on 12.7 acres.

Developed in two phases completed in 2020 and 2023, Tamarac Village offers luxury living with extensive amenities, lush landscaping, and a sizable 8,850-square-foot clubhouse. Benefiting from its prime location just one mile east of the Sawgrass Expressway along W Commercial Boulevard, the village is central to a vibrant trade area with over 20 million square feet of retail space within a five-mile radius.

The development, undertaken by Lotis, solidified its partnership with Aztec Group through this eighth exclusive financing arrangement. Lotis Group, which entrusted Aztec Group to exclusively manage the financing, secured the,$95 million bridge financing through MF1 Capital.

In addition to Tamarac Village, Aztec Group’s recent accomplishments include closing a $44 million bridge financing for Lotis Wellington, a $77 million construction loan for the 2200 Brickell condominium, an $18.3 million construction loan for 36th Street Storage, and a $33 million construction loan for ONX-Rocking Wilco, underscoring the firm’s prowess in securing diverse financial structures for a broad spectrum of real estate projects.
