Beacon Council Launches CRE Property Search Site

Companies looking for available industrial and commercial sites in Miami-Dade County have another comprehensive resource thanks to a website launched by the Beacon Council and the county.
The taxpayer-funded economic development organization, which works to help companies relocate and expand, launched www.miamidadesites.com.
It includes vacant properties and existing buildings for sale or lease. They can also see which businesses are located nearby.
The interactive map includes links to reports on the features of the areas, such as labor force, demographics and spending. It has listing broker information as well as photos.
“This new website will allow businesses wishing to locate or expand in Miami-Dade County a literal ‘bird’s eye’ view on available properties, and provide The Beacon Council with yet another tool to assist those businesses with their location strategies,” stated Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos A. Gimenez in a news release.
The idea was developed by County Vice Chair Lynda Bell at a commission meeting in April.
