Berger Commercial Realty Brokers $5.9 Million Sale Of Griffin Commercial Center In Dania Beach

Berger Commercial Realty has successfully represented the seller, Griffin Commercial Center LLC, in the $5.9 million sale of Griffin Commercial Center, a prime 3.47-acre parcel of industrial land located at 4600 SW 44th Avenue in Dania Beach.

The transaction closed on July 30, with Berger Commercial Realty Senior Vice President Joseph Byrnes and Sales Associate Daniel Forman negotiating on behalf of the seller. The buyer, 4601 SW LLC, was represented by David Sanmartin of Exp Realty.

Situated in the heart of southeast Broward County, the property offers exceptional access to all major highways and thoroughfares, connecting seamlessly to both Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties. The buyer, who owns the adjacent property, plans to expand operations onto the site, using its strategic location as a hub for storage and distribution.
