Berger Commercial Realty’s Jordan Beck Reps Buyer In Off-Market Plantation Industrial Sale

Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Sales Associate Jordan Beck represented the buyer, MIS Ventures LLC, in the purchase of a 13,626-square-foot industrial building located at 6851 W. Sunrise Blvd., Unit #100 in Plantation.

GAL Enterprises of Plantation, LLC sold the unit for $1,989,000 in an off-market deal.

MIS Ventures LLC intends to operate an e-commerce business from the property.

The deal comes on the heels of a 20,000-square-foot relocation deal in which Beck represented the tenant, Trans Van Lines, in a 5-year lease at Port 95 Commerce Park, located at 3044 SW 42nd St. in Fort Lauderdale.
