Berger Commercial Realty’s Steve Hyatt Negotiates Sale Of Downtown Office Building

Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Senior Vice President Stephen Hyatt represented the seller, Royal Theatre Productions, Inc., in the sale of its office property located at 300 SE 14th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale.

1222 East, Inc. paid $480,000 for the asset. There was no co-broker in the transaction.

The deal closed March 5.

The 1,530-square-foot building, which is situated on .16 acres, is located in close proximity to Broward General Medical Center and the new Broward County Courthouse. The new owner plans to extensively renovate the building for future office use.
