Boca Properties Trade For $9.4 Million

Alan Levy, principal at Levy Realty Advisors, recently closed on the sale of two commercial properties for a combined total of $9,400,000.
POLO Commerce Center, LLC and POLO Commerce Center Associates, LTD recently purchased a 55,750 square foot, multi-tenant flex property.  The twin buildings, located at 1000 Clint Moore Road (pictured below) in Boca Raton, sold for $5,375,000. Both buildings were 100% occupied at the time of the sale.
In a separate transaction, Levy closed on the $4,025,000 sale of Zenith Professional Center. The office building is located at 3010 N. Military Trail in Boca Raton, Florida.

“Zenith was vacant, which made the sale and disposition of the property more difficult. The buyer was considering using a portion of the building for his own use, but is now considering a multitude of options,” stated Levy.

The deals closed on May 14, 2014 and April 10, 2014, respectively.
Polo Commerce Center 5Levy represented the Buyer in the 1000 Clint Moore Road purchase.  The property was being marketed by Douglas Mandel of Marcus & Millichap.
In the sale of Zenith Professional Center, Levy represented the Seller.  The buyer represented themselves in the transaction.
