Boca Retail Center Trades For $224 Per SF

A joint venture between Woolbright Development, Inc. and DRA Advisors LLC has acquired the Polo Club Shoppes at 5030-5050 Champion Blvd. in Boca Raton, FL from New York-based BlackRock, Inc. and MetLife, Inc. for $28.5 million, or about $224 per square foot.
Polo Club Shoppes is located in the Boca Raton West submarket of Palm Beach County. The 127,106-square-foot neighborhood center is situated on 14 acres near the SW corner of Champion Blvd. and N. Military Trail. Anchored by Publix Super Market and Walgreens, the center features a variety of retail tenants.
No brokers were used in the direct sale.
