BREAKING: Lyle Stern And Partners Launch Vertical Real Estate With First Office In Miami Beach

Real estate veterans Lyle Stern, Michael Sullivan, and Noah Fox announced the launch of Vertical Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate firm, and the opening of its Miami Beach office located at 1665 Washington Avenue. Vertical Real Estate is a multi-faceted real estate firm built and run by market leaders specializing in retail brokerage services, development, and acquisition.

Vertical Real Estate also includes the leadership of Michael Sullivan and Noah Fox. Both aim to provide an in-depth approach to their work, managing every aspect of the firm, and acting as stewards for our clients.

The partners have honed their expertise in retail real estate leasing, landlord brokerage and retail development consulting. The team behind Vertical Real Estate is responsible for servicing multinational, national, regional and local tenants across South Florida, including but not limited to: Whole Foods, Sweetgreen, Byblos, Meat Market, Sant Ambroeus, Bar Taco, Mr. Chow, Planta, Uchi, Stubborn Seed, Milos, Hawkers, The Salty, The Puttery and many more. They have also represented landlords such as Met Miami, 13th Floor, Kushner, Plaza Coral Gables, Pontegadea, Related, PEBB Capital, Tourmaline Capital Partners, Witkoff Group, Loews Hotels, SJC Ventures and more.

The rest of the team has a breadth of skill sets and collective experience across a multitude of industries. Additional team members currently include:

  • Michael Finkle, Managing Director overseeing the firm’s operations, as well as leasing for major tenants and landlords including Codina Partners and Agave Ponce.
  • Kerry Newman, 35-year veteran who has managed the lease up of major projects such as Mary Brickell Village, Miracle Mile and Met Miami.
  • Arthur Shifrin, a 24-year retail real estate veteran whose business includes work with Tesla, Starbucks, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Walgreens and more.
  • Robin Weiner, specializes in landlord and tenant representation with a concentration in high profile street retail, lifestyle centers, and regional malls.
  • Sara Wolfe, specializes in restaurant and luxury brands representing both tenants and owners nationally. She has represented national retailers and restaurants such as Cote Korean Steakhouse, Uchi, Sixty Vines, Gordon Ramsey, Showfields and more.
  • Sam Singer, specializes in finding customized real estate solutions for corporate clients that align with their real estate goals.
  • Riley Whitman, specializes in retail leasing.
