Brickell Retail Trades For $600 PSF
Millecento retail spaces, located at 1100 South Miami Avenue, has changed hands for $10.5 million.
The property sale, totaling 17,500 square feet of ground floor retail and mezzanine space, closed April 8, according to a release.
Fabio Faerman of FA Commercial brokered the deal as a representative of the buyer, a group of South American investors.
Millecento is a 42-story mixed-use building with 382 apartments on South Miami Avenue, just steps from Mary Brickell Village and the upcoming 5 million square foot Brickell City Centre.
Faerman has since leased the spaces to international tenants: Freddo Gelateria, Pizza Tonda, Prime Cigar and Level 1 Restaurant & Lounge.
