Broward Mall Completes $39 Million Renovation

The owners of the Westfield Broward Mall are hosting a series of events to tout more than $39 million in renovations to the Plantation shopping center.
A week of celebration culminated with last Thursday’s grand opening of the new 12-screen Regal Broward Stadium movie theater. Many of the mall’s retailers are having special promotions and sales throughout the week.
Upgrades at the 8000 West Broward Boulevard mall include a renovated food court, the addition of a marine-themed play area for children, a family lounge and improved restrooms. New restaurants Red Robin and the Whole Enchilada are scheduled to open in March.
