Broward Office Portfolio Sells For $16.1M

The two building, 61,264 square foot, fully leased office portfolio at 2000 and 2002 Ultimate Way in Weston, FL has sold for $16.1 million.
The property, which sits on 4.63 acres, serves as the corporate headquarters for Ultimate Software, a cloud computing provider that offers HR, payroll, and talent management solutions and has more than 1,300 employees.
Flagler Real Estate Services Vice President David Duckworth represented the seller, TP Eight LLC & TP Nine LLC in the sales transaction. The buyer was Sterling Investments I, LLC and Sterling Investments II, LLC.
