Cabi To Develop Major Brickell Retail Project

Aventura-based Cabi Developers, who recently regained control of a site in Brickell it had originally intended for development in the last boom, received bankruptcy court approval to launch a major new retail project in the Brickell neighborhood, with financing from Mexican developer GICSA, called Capital Brickell Place.
Cabi has been talking with mainstream retailers like Costco, Target and Trader Joe’s as possible tenants.
