Cabot Purchases 42,000 SF Industrial Facility

Boston-based investment firm Cabot Properties has paid $2.73 million for a 42,365-square-foot industrial distribution facility in Fort Lauderdale, according to Marcus & Millichap, which represented the seller, a limited liability company based in Boca Raton.
The property, which is located at 1400 NW 65th Place, is 100 percent occupied by American Changer Corporation, which has been at the site since 1999.
The company recently signed a five-year extension of its lease that expires in 2017. Cabot was represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Douglas Mandel.
