Capital Commercial Group brokered a sale that enabled Miami-Dade County Animal Services Department to open a new animal shelter at 3651 NW 79 Avenue in Doral.
ARC & Children Investments, LLC, sold the 70,000sf facility that was most recently a tile warehouse and showroom.
Capital Commercial Group Principal Ernesto Casal brokered the deal for $6.625 million.
