CBRE Arranges 133,000 SF Industrial Lease, Brings Palm Beach Airport Logistics Center To Full Occupancy

CBRE has arranged a new 133,000-sq.-ft. industrial lease at 2860 Ranch House Road in West Palm Beach.

An undisclosed tenant will occupy the entire building.

Kirk Nelson, Robert Smith, and Jeff Kelly with CBRE represented the developer, Dalfen Industrial, in lease negotiations. The lease marks the largest industrial lease signed in Palm Beach County in 2023 and brings the property to full occupancy.

Palm Beach Airport Logistics Center is a new 133,075-sq.-ft. Class A industrial building located on approximately 10.5 acres. The project marks Dalfen Industrial’s first ground up industrial development in Palm Beach.

The property features 32-foot clearance heights, ESFR sprinkler system, hurricane impact glass, dock high and grade level loading, 158 auto parking spaces, 26 truck/dock door spaces, and 51 trailer spaces. It provides easy access to Interstate 95.
