CBRE Facilitates New 25,000 SF MOB Lease In Port St. Lucie

CBRE has facilitated a 24,750-square-foot lease for Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) at a new state of the art medical office building at 10175 SW Innovation Way in Port St. Lucie.

Christopher Dubberly and Jacob Sanchez with CBRE South Florida Healthcare represented the landlord, St. Lucie Hospitality at Tradition, LLC, in the transaction. John Heald and Juan Rodriguez Acosta with CBRE in Tampa represented FCS, the tenant, in the transaction.

The deal marks one of the largest medical office leases in Port St. Lucie in 2025.

In this transaction, the developer brings BBL Medical Facilities, a nationally recognized healthcare design-build firm with over 50 years of experience, to provide a turnkey solution for FCS, one of the nation’s premier community oncology practices.

This new on-campus, build-to-suit medical office building, positioned directly adjacent to Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital, represents a strategic expansion in Port St. Lucie’s rapidly growing Tradition Medical Campus. The property provides convenient access to major roadways, I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike, and is within walking distance of established amenities including hotels, restaurants and retail services, creating a comprehensive medical district environment.

The transaction underscores the remarkable growth trajectory of Port St. Lucie, Florida’s seventh largest city and recently ranked as the state’s safest city. With several thousand homes planned or under construction in the area, the market continues to attract new residents, drawn by affordable housing and competitive wages.
