CBRE Heavy Hitters Score At Annual CIASF Awards Gala

The Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF) recognized six CBRE professionals at its annual recognition ceremony, the “Not Your Usual Awards Gala,” held on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at Douglas Entrance in Coral Gables.
The following CBRE professionals were recognized by CIASF, a venerable vehicle for showcasing CBRE’s industry achievements, in the following categories:
Industrial Sale of the Year – Centergate at Gratigny
CBRE Vice Chairman Christian Lee and CBRE First Vice President José Lobón were recognized for the $96 million sale of Centergate at Gratigny, a 978,164-square-foot warehouse leased to Caterpillar Logistic Services, Inc. and BulletLine, along with 29.3 acres of vacant land.
Networking Award – Michael K. Silver
First Vice President Michael K. Silver, who joined CBRE as an Industrial Specialist in 1980, represents landlords, tenants, landowners, developers, buyer/sellers, in addition to local and national real estate investors.
Four Leaf Clover Award – Shay Pope, Diana Parker and Richard Bamonte
CBRE Senior Vice President Shay Pope was recognized for his work with tech firms in Miami. CBRE First Vice President Richard Bamonte and Senior Vice President Diana Parker were recognized for their role in the long-term expansion and renewal leases for Norwegian Cruise Line at The Landing at MIA in Miami’s Airport/West Dade office submarket.
