CBRE Promotes O'Loughlin

Tom O’Loughlin in Fort Lauderdale office has been promoted to Vice President with CBRE.
O’Loughlin focuses on providing brokerage services to owners and occupiers of industrial properties in the South Florida region, in partnership with Senior Vice President Harry Tangalakis. He has earned the title of Vice President (formerly a Senior Associate) as a result of sustained high performance metrics within his specialty.
O’Loughlin holds the prestigious SIOR and CCIM designations and is an active member of CBRE’s Industrial Advisory Council—a select national group of professionals gathering and evaluating business intelligence to develop comprehensive business strategies. He has provided oversight for more than 4.2 million square feet in leasing transactions in Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

O’Loughlin’s professional affiliations include NAIOP South Florida Chapter Board of Directors, RiverWalk Trust Future Planning Committee Member, Broward County Enterprise Board, and the U.S. Green Building Council. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College in Orlando, FL.
