CBRE Tapped To Lease 145,000 SF Office Property In Miami Lakes

CBRE has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 5875 Building, a two-story, 145,545-square-foot office building located at 5875 NW 163rd Street in Miami Lakes.
The property, acquired earlier this year by Miami Lakes Center LLC, is currently undergoing additional capital improvements which includes new landscaping, lobby and restroom renovations and upgrades to common areas.
Approximately 100,000 square feet of contiguous space is available for lease.

Original upgrades in 2011 totaling more than $5.6 million included hurricane-impact windows, HVAC closed loop chilled water plant system, a 10,000 gallon emergency generator, wet sprinkler/fire alarm systems, power redundancy gained through solid building construction, large open floor plates (75,000 square feet), an excellent 5/1,000-square-foot parking ratio and a strategic location that is convenient to both Miami Dade and Broward counties.
