CBRE Tapped To Lease Newly Renovated Downtown Fort Lauderdale Office Tower

CBRE has been selected by AGS Properties Corporation to lease Broward Financial Centre, a premier 325,486-square-foot Class A office tower in downtown Fort Lauderdale with unobstructed ocean views. The announcement follows the completion of a series of major renovations that enhance the property for today’s workplace needs.

The comprehensive renovations include a redesigned interior lobby, new common areas, a state-of-the-art conference center featuring upscale seating, along with a tenant lounge containing multiple TVs and a fully equipped kitchen, providing tenants with a versatile and sophisticated space for meetings and events.
