Wells Fargo now occupies two floors totaling approximately 45,000 square feet at Tricera’s 1675 Midtown office building following a 19,000-square-foot lease expansion.

Located at 6600 N. Military Trail, the campus includes 650,000 square feet of office buildings on nearly 29 acres overlooking the Broken Sound Country Club’s golf course.
The lease allows Tricera to seamlessly backfill space to be vacated by Comerica Bank, which is moving out of 1675 Midtown when its lease expires in June 2023.
Tenant delivery is anticipated to begin in the first-quarter 2024.
