CBRE Named Exclusive Leasing Agent For 355,000 SF Office Portfolio In Boca Raton
CBRE has been named as the exclusive leasing agent for North 40, a two-building, multi-tenant office portfolio in Boca Raton.
CBRE’s John Criddle, Joe Freitas, and Max Pawk will lead local marketing and leasing efforts on behalf of the landlord, Mainstreet Capital Partners.
N40 includes one 205,000 -sq.-ft. building at 5201 Congress Ave. and one 150,000-sq.-ft. building at 901 Yamato Rd. in the Park at Broken Sound. The buildings offer horizontal layouts with floor plates ranging from 75,000 sq. ft. to 100,000 sq. ft., providing headquarter opportunities for larger corporate users. Construction is underway on four (4) initial speculative suites at 5201 Congress Ave., ranging from 1,600 sq. ft. up to 2,100 sq. ft., to accommodate tenants looking for move-in-ready space. Additional speculative suites are in the planning stages.
