Cushman & Wakefield represented IP Capital Partners LLC in leasing a full floor, approximately 21,000 square feet, to law firm Cole, Scott & Kissane at One Datran Center.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeannette Mendoza represented ownership, while Shay Pope of Stream Realty and Michael Phipps of CBRE represented Cole, Scott & Kissane.

Located at 9100 S. Dadeland Blvd. in Miami, One Datran center is an 18-story, Class A office tower totaling 268,692 square feet.
