CBRE’S Chris Apone Earns New Title

Chris Apone in the Miami office has been promoted to First Vice President with CBRE.
Apone works within the Capital Markets division of CBRE and is active in the placement of debt and equity for a variety of asset types including multi-family, office, retail, and industrial.
Chris began his career at CBRE in 2002 and has been involved in over $5 billion of capital market transactions during that time. He has earned the title of First Vice President (formerly Vice President) as a result of sustained high performance metrics within his specialty.

Apone is a member of the Urban Land Institute and is a licensed real estate salesperson and mortgage broker in the State of Florida. He earned his Master of Business Administration at the University of Miami with a concentration in Finance.
