CBRE’s O’Loughlin, Genet and Oretsky Rep National Food Distribution Tenant In 85,000 SF Lease Deal

CBRE Executive Vice Presidents Tom O’Loughlin and Larry Genet and Senior Associate Michael Oretsky partnered with California-based CBRE Executive Vice President Kenji Sakai to represent a national food distribution tenant in an 85,000-square-foot lease deal at Cypress Pointe Distribution Center.

The tenant, a major wholesaler and distributor of Asian food products, will be relocating and expanding from its current location at 1728 Park Central Blvd S. in Pompano Beach, where it currently occupies 32,954 square feet.

“We are thrilled to represent this national food distributor and secure this expansion location within their preferred submarket,” commented Oretsky. “Our team has been very active representing tenants across South Florida from 10,000 to over 100,000 square feet. We look forward to building on those relationships.”

Located at 1800 SW 13th Court in Pompano Beach, Florida with immediate access to I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike, Cypress Pointe Distribution Center is a 153,496-square-foot new construction project owned and managed by Link Industrial. Link Industrial was represented by Chris Metzger, SIOR with Cushman & Wakefield.
