CBRE’S Tom O'Loughlin Receives SFBJ's 40 Under 40 Award

Tom O’Loughlin, Senior Associate with CBRE, is a recipient of this year’s “40 Under 40” award from the South Florida Business Journal.
The SFBJ presents the “40 Under 40” award to the best and brightest young professionals under 40 who have made waves both in the business and the community in South Florida.
O’Loughlin specializes in providing brokerage services to owners and occupiers of industrial property in the South Florida region. His experience incorporates representation for local, regional and national clients, and includes investment sales disposition, owner-occupant acquisitions, tenant agency, and landlord representation.
With nearly ten years of experience in the industrial sector, O’Loughlin has provided oversight for more than 4.2 million square feet in leasing transactions in Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
