Century Bank HQ building In Doral Sells For $16M

Former U.S. Century Bank Director Sergio Pino has sold the Doral building that serves as the bank’s headquarters for $16 million.
NGF Properties, which is managed by Nelson Albared is the buyer, according to public records. Albareda is the president and CEO of marketing company Eventus.
As part of the deal, NGF assumed a $13 million mortgage from PCT Financial Services, which is managed by Kenneth Tate’s Tate Management Co.
Pino’s Century Tower also provided NGF Properties with a $1 million second mortgage, according to public records.
