Chef Allen Susser Opens 2nd Burger Bar

The competition for burger lovers just keeps on sizzling.
Chef Allen Susser entered the South Florida burger market a while ago with his first Burger Bar located at Terminal 4 in the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.
But next month, Susser, who shuttered his namesake restaurant in Aventura earlier this year, will open a second Burger Bar in Donald Ross Village in Palm Beach Gardens next month. It will serve as the prototype for future concepts.
The new Palm Beach Gardens location will feature a full indoor-outdoor bar with adult milkshakes as well as an expanded menu of Susser’s signature gastropub fare, including a wide variety of burgers, salads and sides such as Crisp Hand-Cut French Fries, Griddled Pecan Broccoli and a Vidalia Onion Tower with “secret sauce.”—
Susser also has another in the making – an oceanfront location in the Vero Beach Resort and Spa, which is scheduled to open next March.
