CIASF To Host 2nd Annual ‘Not Your Usual’ Awards Gala

The Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF) is inviting all Commercial Real Estate professionals to join them for an elegant evening of cocktails and dinner, in a beautiful setting, to honor some of our peers, and roast others.
In addition to Deals of the Year, the CIASF will fete the winners of the following awards:
 
 

The Networking Award

The Networking Deal of the Year acknowledges the most CIASF members participating on one project. Please provide details about the transaction, list the CIASF member participants, and the activities each performed to further the deal.
 

Four Leaf Clover Award

In the real estate industry, timing can be everything. This award celebrates the person in a deal who reaped the maximum reward for a minimum of effort. Please describe the circumstances surrounding the deal, and the degree of magnitude of the windfall. This award is not limited to brokers or to CIASF members.
 

Nine Lives Award

2015 registered a remarkable cavalcade of real estate firm mergers and broker moves.  This award recognizes the individual who has hung his/her hat at the greatest number of firms and has always landed on his/her feet.  This award is not limited to CIASF members or brokers.
 

Snake Charmer Award

Just as Saint Patrick charmed the snakes out of Ireland, this award goes to the individual who is able to charm even the most irascible, leaving all parties feeling great about their deal, and its facilitator.
 

The Rising Star Award

Open to anyone 35 years old or under, this award will highlight a relative newcomer to our industry, and the impact he or she has made in the market. Please describe nominee’s brief history and accomplishments.
 

The Lorenzo Arce Award

This award, named after a founding member of our organization, honors a member of our industry who is the consummate professional. The nominee will be considered for top standards in ethics, integrity and best practices at work and in the community. Please describe the nominee’s honorable qualities and furnish examples, if possible. This award is not limited to brokers or CIASF members.
