Class A Office Property In Boca Trades For $25 Million

Meyers Accesso, a leading developer of high-quality mixed-use and residential properties, announced tthe acquisition of The Atrium at Broken Sound, a nearly 100,000-square-foot, Class-A office property located at 6111 Broken Sound Parkway NW, for $25 million.

The office building is located within The Park at Broken Sound, a robust, 700-acre commercial and residential hub which offers walkable proximity to numerous retail developments, residential communities and high-quality amenities.

The Atrium at Broken Sound stands three stories tall and offers gorgeous views of The Old Course golf course at Broken Sound Club, a country club which was home to the PGA Tour Champions Season Opener for 15 consecutive years. Sitting on 10.44 acres of land, the building recently underwent capital improvements which included renovations to its lobby, conference rooms, common areas, windows and generators. Meyers Accesso intends to further improve the property. The Atrium at Broken sound currently boasts 74 percent occupancy with major tenants including law firm Sachs Sax Caplan P.L., managed care service provider Genex Services, LLC, office technology provider TGI Office Automation LLC, and retailer Marshalls of MA, Inc. The property offers convenient access to I-95, Florida’s primary north/south artery.

ALCHEMY ABR BCP BROKEN SOUND 1 LLC acquired the property in October 2018 for $22.4 million, according to county records.
