Class-A Spec Office Building Rising In Pembroke Pines

Duke Realty’s first Pembroke Pines office building is being designed and built to attain LEED^® Silver certification, an independent, third-party verification that a building project is deemed to be an environmentally responsible and healthy place to work. The building, which will be composed of structural steel, tilt-wall concrete panels, and glass, is being built on 36,290-square-foot floor plates for maximum flexibility in space planning.
The lobby will feature modern, upscale finishes. Surface parking around the building will provide 4.2 spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet. The building, which will be directly south of the Shops at Pembroke Gardens, will be accessible via SW 145th Avenue which connects with Pines Boulevard, an exit directly off I-75.
