Colliers Announces New Executive Vice President In South Florida

Colliers announced that Gary A. Gottlieb has joined the firm as Executive Vice President based in South Florida. Gary will focus on providing quality office services based out of the Boca Raton location in his new role.

For over four decades, Gottlieb has actively excelled in the commercial real estate industry, gaining knowledge and expertise across retail, office, medical leasing, land assemblage, acquisitions/dispositions, and development.

Before joining Colliers, he was a Principal at Avison Young, focusing on leasing/sales for office and retail. In this role, Gottlieb marketed office and medical properties for lease and sale on behalf of high-net-worth private clients, regional and national developers, and institutional clients. Gottlieb has directed regional and statewide expansion efforts on behalf of national retailers and provided site selection services to automobile dealers, office users, and medical providers.

Throughout his career, Gottlieb has been an active member of the community. He’s a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce, and the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. Gottlieb is also a founding member of the board of directors for the PGA Corridor Association. In addition, Gottlieb holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
