Colliers Continues Expansion, Welcomes Seasoned Senior Managing Director

Colliers announced that Maggie Guajardo Kurtz has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director based in South Florida.

In her role, Kurtz will focus on office services out of their Brickell office.

Kurtz is an established commercial real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the South Florida market. Before joining Colliers, she was Senior Vice President at CBRE, where she focused on leasing and development management for many of South Florida’s premier office properties. She has marketed over 10 million square feet of office space with more than two million square feet of new office developments.

Kurtz is also an active member of the community. She’s a trustee for the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, a NAIOP South Florida Chapter member, and part of the Miami Downtown Development Office Advisory Group.
