Colliers Names Director of Property Management Services

Kevin K. Rude, RPA, CCIM, has a reputation for expanding property management portfolios for some of the country’s top commercial real estate firms.
Kevin is now the newest member of the Colliers International South Florida team. As the Directory of Property Management Services, Kevin will be responsible for all operations of the property management arm of the firm, including a portfolio of properties of office, retail, industrial and multifamily assets.

Kevin is a 25-year property management veteran with previous experience including the position of regional director of management services at Grubb & Ellis Southern California and Arizona. While holding that position, Kevin added more than 12 million square feet of properties to the company’s portfolio of 28 million square feet. He has also held the positions of portfolio manager at Trammell Crow Company, general manager at CommonWealth Partners and property manager at Cushman & Wakefield.

Kevin graduated from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He is a member of CCIM, a Certified Commercial Investment Member, NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association and BOMA, the Building Owners and Managers Association.
