Colliers To Lease South Florida's Newest Class A Office

Colliers International South Florida is pleased to announce that the firm has been appointed as the exclusive agent to lease Aventura Optima Plaza, a Class A office and medical development located at 21500 Biscayne Boulevard, Aventura. Executive Vice President – Partner Randy Olen will market the 119,000-square-foot project, which has been designed and registered for LEED™ Gold certification.
