Commercial Florida Leases 14,000 SF, Negotiates 2 Office Building Sales

Boca Raton-based Commercial Florida Realty Services three recent deals in Deerfield Beach, an indication that the northern Broward County office market is strengthening.
Drivers Alert Inc., an online driving training firm, leased 8,410 square feet at Southlake Plaza, located at 1350 Newport Center Drive. The lease is valued at more than $1.2 million.
PharmaSource, a search engine for pharmacies, leased 5,691 square feet at Hillsboro Center, located at 700 W. Hillsboro Blvd. That lease is valued at about $750,000.
Meanwhile, Gary Rack paid $2.15 million for an 11,867-square-foot office building at 401 Fairway Drive. The seller is 401 Fairway Drive LLC.
Separately, Commercial Florida‘s Peter Reed led a group to buy a 25,000-square-foot office/flex building at 880 Jupiter Park Drive in Jupiter for $1.85 million. The seller was JPOC Park Plaza Development Co. Inc. The building is 90 percent leased.
