Communications Company Takes 33,000 SF In Hialeah

CBRE has arranged a five-year lease of 32,666 square feet of  industrial space  at Miami Air Cargo East, located at 725 SE 9th Court in  in Hialeah, to O.C. Communications, a full-service contracting firm specializing in the installation, project management, and maintenance of communication systems, and  a contractor for Comcast.
Allen Lindow, CCIM, Senior Associate with the CBRE Occupier Services Group in Fort Lauderdale, in conjunction with David Planting, Senior Associate with CBRE in Sacramento, CA, represented O.C. Communications in the transaction. Americas Industrial Realty represented owner Keating Resources.
This is the second transaction CBRE has arranged for O.C. Communications in South Florida, and the 13th  nationwide.
“O.C. Communications chose this property due to its central location within Miami-Dade County, abundance of parking, and ability to occupy the space within 30 days of lease execution,” said Mr. Lindow.
Miami Air Cargo East is located northeast of the Lejeune Road/Okeechobee Road Intersection and offers proximity to Miami International Airport and Port of Miami as well as major thoroughfares.
