Corporate Park at Inverrary Sells…For $20 PSF?

Corporate Park at Inverrary, LLC, a division of Foram Group, sold its long-held Corporate Park at Inverrary in Lauderhill for $2,473,000 in an all-cash deal, the company announced.
Corporate Park’s two office buildings at 3800 and 3810 Inverrary Blvd. total 122,441sf on 5.21 acres, overlooking the Inverrary Golf Course.
The buyer of the property is Horizon Lending, LLC.
