Creator Marketing Platform Postr To Open HQ In Wynwood

Postr, a fast-growing creator marketing platform built to automate and scale brand collaborations, has signed a six-year lease in the heart of Wynwood at 301 & 311 NW 28th St.

Scheduled to open in August, the 10,000-square-foot space will serve as Postr’s operational and creative hub as the company continues to expand. Close to 20 employees have relocated from Baltimore to support the company’s next phase of growth. The company also plans to hire between 30-60 additional full-time Miami-based employees over the next year in various fields such as sales, marketing and operations.

“Opening our headquarters is an exciting moment in Postr’s growth and the future we envision for the creator economy and establishing Miami as the creator capital of the world,” said Demetrios Kafouros, founder and CEO of Postr. “As Postr continues to scale, we want a space that reflects the creativity and innovation we intend to bring to the industry.”

Kafouros ultimately selected Miami after considering both Manhattan and California, citing the city’s favorable business climate, growing tech ecosystem and strong concentration of creative talent. Wynwood’s internationally recognized creative identity and startup-friendly environment made it a natural fit for the company’s headquarters.

Envisioned as both a creator-tech environment and a social community hub, the space will feature collaborative workspaces, rotating art installations and curated artwork developed with local artists. The exterior will feature creative art and a large location pin with a signage establishing HQ and Wynwood as the “the creator capital of the world.”

Founded to redefine the creator economy, Postr officially launched with proprietary technology designed to eliminate the fragmented workflows traditionally associated with creator marketing. The platform automates the entire collaboration process while leveraging millions of real-time data points to match creators with campaigns, standardize pricing and track performance across multiple social platforms. Since entering beta in Q4 2025, the company has experienced rapid organic growth and has accumulated a wait list driven by increasing demand from both brands and creators.

The property is owned by Lerner Family Properties. Beyond ownership, the Lerner family has also been deeply involved in curating tenants and businesses throughout Wynwood, helping foster the neighborhood’s unique mix of creative, cultural, and retail offerings that have defined its evolution over the decades.

“Wynwood has always evolved through the people and businesses that choose to invest in its creative identity,” said David Lerner of Lerner Family Properties. “We’ve remained intentional about bringing in companies that add to the neighborhood’s energy and authenticity, and Postr’s vision for supporting creators and building community aligns strongly with that philosophy.”
